Update From The ARK

With extreme concern for all our caregivers, care receivers, volunteers, staff and the general public seeking support, The ARK of SC has postponed our daily respite programs, support groups and educational programs effective immediately and until further notice based on guidelines from our public health officials. We understand this is not the best circumstances for you and your family. Therefore, we will be available by phone, email and social media.

Following are some resources that you can access on line for activities, support, and socialization ideas to help you as individual caregivers and your loved ones through the coming days of isolation.  Many of these resources we utilize in our daily activity programs at The ARK and find they are enjoyable to all of us. If you have concerns or questions, please contact one of us below. We will be checking messages and will respond. If you have taken the PTC class, please refer to the Caregiver Handbook for ideas and resources as well.

We are available and want you to know that you are never alone during this time or anytime. The ARK’s message is 2by2 – we are never alone.

Take care of yourselves and we wish you well,
Peg and The ARK of SC Staff
